The recently redesigned venue had friendly and efficient staff at the front desk, and our double room was beautifully adorned with charming wall art.

The hotel offers stylish and cozy rooms with lovely pictures, showers, I am very pleased about that. The property's location is marvellous, right by Zenkov Cathedral, many tourist attractions and many restaurants and sights and restaurants.

The room was fashionable and tastefully decorated, complete with showers and big toilet. the breakfast was satisfactory and sensational, offering a variety of options including cappuccino and fresh salad.

Excellent location for enjoying restaurants and bars close to the hotel.

Perfect location in Almaty, close to the city center and major attractions. Nice to wake up to the sound of birds singing in the morning. - the standard room has a great bed, a mini-fridge-bar, climate control, and a private safe.

The dining experience was awesome for dinner 😋, I enjoyed some delicious hot dishes. the room had everything I needed - a safe box, TV, and a mini-fridge-bar.

well-run place with nice staff at the reception desk, thoroughly enjoyed it. the deluxe queen room was tastefully decorated, included a hair dryer, bath robes, and a shower cap. the location was marvellous and stunning for exploring this lovely area, right by historic sights great, and the special taxi.

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the historic city center. The deluxe king room with a double bed was fantastic and comfortable. The staff members were all very helpful during our stay. We were able to check in early, which was a great convenience.

The location is great, close to restaurants, bars, a bazaar, and shops just across the street.
